These Terms govern your use of the website www.agritungo.com and the Agritungo farm management services (the "Services") provided by Ahuriire Uganda Limited ("Agritungo", "we", "us"). By using the site or the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The Services
Agritungo provides cloud-based farm management information systems for poultry, dairy and crop value chains, offered on a subscription basis with a free trial. Features included in a given plan may be tailored to your operation and may change as we improve the product.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Trials & subscriptions
- A free trial may be offered so you can evaluate the Services. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees, billing periods and included modules are confirmed to you before you subscribe and may be updated on renewal with notice.
- SMS and mobile-money features may carry usage-based charges billed prepaid or postpaid.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorisation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use them to breach anyone's rights or applicable law.
Your data
You keep ownership of the farm and business data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process it to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
Intellectual property
The Services, software, branding and content are owned by Agritungo and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the Services as intended.
Third-party services
The Services may connect to third-party providers (for example mobile-money, SMS, camera or email providers). Their own terms apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Business and farming decisions you make using the Services remain your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agritungo will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or where required for security or legal reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
